Return Policy – Mobiking Wholesale

At Mobiking Wholesale, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent return process. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or related requests are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • An uncut/unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request, as required by our shipment partners. Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products delivered correctly and as per description
  • Damage caused due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Orders refused without a valid reason
  • Claims without a proper uncut unboxing video

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers can:

  • Submit a request directly through the “Order” section on our website or mobile app, if the option is available, or
  • Contact our support team with the required details

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video proof (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


3. Return Approval & Verification

  • All return requests are subject to verification by our team
  • Once approved, customers will be guided on the return process
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Customers are required to record a return handover video at the time of giving the parcel to the delivery partner as proof of proper return

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the return is approved, we may:
    • Provide a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
    • Proceed with a refund as per our Refund Policy

5. Post-Delivery Return Conditions

  • Returns are processed only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse
  • The inspection and processing may take up to 7 days after the product is delivered to our warehouse
  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the request may be rejected
  • If, after inspection, the product is found not damaged, not defective, or without any valid issue, the customer will be required to bear delivery and handling charges
  • After a return request is approved and pickup is scheduled, if the customer fails to hand over the parcel within two pickup attempts, the return request will be canceled, and the customer will not be eligible for further return attempts or refunds

6. Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be considered
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for smooth processing
  • Return shipping or handling charges may apply in certain cases
  • If, after inspection, the product is found not damaged, not defective, or without any valid issue, and the customer fails to pay the applicable delivery and handling charges or does not respond within 7 days, the shipment may be disposed of, and the customer will not be eligible for any refund, exchange, or re-dispatch of the same product
  • If, after inspection, the product is found damaged, defective, or with a valid issue, and the customer does not respond within 7 days, the shipment may still be disposed of, and the customer will not be eligible for any refund, exchange, or re-dispatch of the same product

7. Terms & Conditions

All returns, refunds, or replacements are governed by the Mobiking Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Customers are requested to review the T&C before placing an order or initiating a return.
