Refund Policy

At Mobiking Wholesale, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be provided.

1.1 Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds for canceled or eligible returned orders will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days and may be extended due to bank holidays or Razorpay processing timelines.
  • Product Unavailability: If the product is not available, we will refund the full amount.
  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If a user cancels the order before it is shipped, a 5% deduction may apply in some cases.
  • RTO for Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders returned via RTO, a 5% deduction may apply in some cases.

1.2 Order Cancellation After Shipment & RTO Refunds

  • Refunds cannot be processed until the RTO (Return-to-Origin) is received.
  • After receiving the returned order, a 5% deduction may apply in some cases for cancellations after shipment.
  • If the customer does not respond to confirmation calls or messages, a 5% deduction may apply in some cases.
  • Orders returned by the courier due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.
  • Repeat RTO behavior may result in:
    • Restriction to prepaid-only orders
    • Account suspension or limitation
  • We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by courier partners, including Shiprocket, if due to customer-provided information.

1.3 Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery for any damaged or defective products.
  • Submitting photos or videos is mandatory for verification.
  • After verification, we may:
    • Issue a full refund
    • Replace the product (subject to stock availability)

1.4 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products delivered correctly and as described
  • Orders refused without a valid reason
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Unauthorized commercial use of products

1.5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
    • Permanent account suspension
    • Recovery of associated costs, including bank/payment gateway fees
    • Legal action under applicable laws
  • All transactions are monitored, and Razorpay records may be used as evidence in disputes.

2.Terms & Conditions

All returns, refunds, or replacements are governed by the Mobiking Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Customers are requested to review the T&C before placing an order or initiating a return.
