Cancellation Policy

1 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Customers can cancel their order directly through the “Order” section on our website or mobile app, provided the order is still eligible for cancellation.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed and processing has begun.
  • For prepaid orders, canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

2 Automatic Cancellation by Mobiking

We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
  • Pricing errors or incorrect product listings
  • Suspicious bulk or abnormal purchase patterns
  • If the customer does not respond to our order confirmation call, WhatsApp message, or email within the required timeframe
  • For prepaid orders, if the customer does not respond to our confirmation call or message, the order may be automatically canceled, and refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy

3 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customers may request a return or replacement only after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Damaged/Defective Product Guidelines.
  • Any cancellation requests after shipment will be treated as return requests, and standard processing, including shipping, handling, and verification, will apply.
  • For prepaid orders, canceled orders or eligible returns will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

4. Terms & Conditions

All Cancellation are governed by the Mobiking Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Customers are requested to review the T&C before placing an order or initiating a return.
